InnerHarmony Academy is an evidence-based psychology education platform founded by Dr. Ivone de Guadalupe Reis — a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of international experience across clinical, hospital, academic, and institutional settings.
Our mission is to make high-quality psychological training accessible to mental health professionals seeking to deepen their clinical practice, and to individuals committed to understanding themselves and the world around them with greater clarity.

InnerHarmony Academy was born from a question that Dr. Ivone de Guadalupe Reis carried throughout her career: why is so much excellent clinical knowledge confined to academic papers, hospital corridors, and postgraduate classrooms — when the people who need it most are everywhere?
With over 14 years of international experience across multiple countries, and as an OPP-accredited supervisor licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, Dr. Reis built InnerHarmony Academy to be the platform she always wished had existed — rigorous, professional, and genuinely accessible.
She assembled a faculty of exceptionally qualified colleagues: a Consultant Psychiatrist with 30 years of NHS experience and a PhD published with Oxford University Press; a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD from the University of Edinburgh; a practitioner with 18 years of private practice; and a specialist in expressive therapies who has lectured at ISPA and the University of Coimbra.
Together, this team brings over 100 combined years of clinical experience to a single platform — with one shared purpose: to make evidence-based psychological knowledge work in the real world.
